Management & Implementation

Management and Implementation are the backbones of the Instructional process that Designers use to complete a project. It requires the ability to develop goals, a project plan, and a budget and apply principles of performance management to an entire group.

In this project, I worked in a group to design, develop, manage and create an instructional problem.

This project required me to design, develop, manage and utilize an online course for students. We were placed in groups of 3 for this project based on the major theories we researched in our Literature Reviews.

This project used Prezi to present the topic “Integrating Motivational and Instructional Strategies" with a partner.
