Technology Integration is a constantly changing part of Instructional Design and Technology. It is constantly changing because technology is constantly changing and because of that, Instructional Designers must keep their skills current in the field.  

Communication is the key to instruction and all Instructional Designers should be able to communicate effectively in a variety of forms including written, oral, non-verbal, and visual. By communicating effectively in all forms as well as with instructional materials, the audience will be able to receive the message being conveyed.
